CHT manufacture and supply VBS26-35 an addition cure silicone moulding rubber used for the manufacture of reusable vacuum bags for resin infusion. It has been specially formulated as a sprayable material allowing for exceptionally low-cost composite manufacture using resin infusion technology.
Using an automated mixing and dosing machine, this material can be directly applied to the mould using spray equipment. This allows for very fast application and the flexibility to build the silicone in layers to the desired thickness, applying more silicone to areas prone to stress.
